General Commission Notes / FAQ

Please read over my TOS FULLY before you commission me.
Filling out a commission form means you automatically agree to these terms!---I take payments via Stripe, Square, or Paypal Invoice! Tips are not required but I ALWAYS appreciate them so much! <3---Please note: All prices below are for ONE character.An additional character in the same image will simply add 100% of the original cost, excluding background charges (if applicable)
Example: a price that is listed as $90 below would total up to $180 for two characters, or $270 for three, and so on.---Any background beyond simple detail is an additional charge on top of the price listed in the charts, and varies depending on the detail level. Please see the "Full Render Scenes" section for background pricing details.---NSFW commissions are subjected to a 15% increase in price (rounded up to the nearest dollar amount), Example: a $100 fullbody listed here will actually be $115 if you wish for it to be NSFW
Please see my TOS regarding what I will and will not draw.---Complex characters are also subject to an increase in price of 15% - this may be more or less on a case by case basis, and I will always let the commissioner know before payment!---Turnarounds may vary between a week or up to a few months in some cases - please see Section II of my TOS for more details.---Please see Section IV of my TOS if you have any questions regarding my refund process.

My simple style is a clean sketch of your character, with flat colors, and then a pass of gradients and toony highlights over the top to create a "shaded" look.If you would like a sort of “sketch sheet” with multiple views of your character, this can be discussed! Price will vary depending on what you want <3

BACKGROUND INFORMATION

WHAT IS SIMPLE VS DETAILED VS COMPLEX?

SIMPLE comes at no additional cost to characters, and includes color gradients, textures, and some blurred atmospheric elements (petals, snow, abstract trees or bushes etc)

SEMI COMPLEX comes at an additional cost of up to $50, and will vary depending on request; Includes Scenes with few detailed elements, or very open scenes (a grassy field with detailed trees, rocks, a sky with detailed clouds etc)

COMPLEX SCENES will come at an additional cost upwards of $75, and will vary depending on request; This is any other type of scene that has multiple detailed elements (a forest with stream, rocks, foliage, most interiors etc)

*Bundle options are discounted at $10 off for 3 emotes, $30 off for 5 emotes, and $55 off for 10 emotes**Same size as standard, but adds simple animation of blinking, bouncing, etc. More complex animations will add to the price

Commission forms can be found via my announcement posts on social media or in my Discord server <3Please send me a DM or email if you wish to be notified for any of my slots or sales!However, be aware that my comms are not first come first serve. The only way to get a guaranteed slot is to subscribe via Patreon or Ko-fi and request to be on the exclusive waitlist!

SECTION I
General Notes & Preferences

1. I can work on mostly any species, be it human, anthro, or feral / animal characters. If you have something uncommon you can always ask questions!2. I am not very skilled at mechanical type elements or urban settings, but I’m always open to trying new things!3. I will NOT draw things in a political context, extreme gore, or anything that may be considered hateful, abusive, or discriminatory in nature.4. I will draw NSFW but may politely decline certain subject matter/kinks if I am not comfortable with it! Do not be afraid to ask, but please understand and respect my decision if I say no.5. Unless otherwise asked- I WILL often post finished commissions to my social media accounts. This helps me grow my audience, and therefore my business, so if you would like to keep your commission private this may add a 15% fee to your commission price!However, it is entirely up to you whether or not I tag you in the post/list your name. I will usually ask before I do this to make sure <3

SECTION II
Payment & Process

1. I accept payments via Stripe, Square or Paypal Invoice2. When I am ready to begin working and move you into my active queue from the waitlist, I will contact you via the provided method on your google commission order form3. We will discuss any questions, issues, or other details and agree upon a price. Complex character designs as well as adult content may be subject to an increase in price, so please be aware. I will always discuss any differences between my sheet and the final price before the commission is started.4. When a price is agreed upon, and I am ready to begin I will write an invoice and send it to the provided contact on your form.5. Payment is not necessary until I am ready to begin working on your commission, but I will not move past the sketch stage without full payment (or payment of the first installment if following a payment plan)6. 50/50 split or payment plans are available for commissions that cost upwards of $350, unless otherwise specified in the commission announcement. A payment frequency and amount will be agreed upon for the plan BEFORE I begin working7. If the commissioner is ever late on a payment, I will NOT continue working until it is paid8. Turnaround times are 1 week minimum and 5 months maximum unless otherwise specified. Generally I work Mon-Fri, and take off Sat/Sun for leisure. Art is my sole income, and I do my best to make each commission the best quality possible.Outside of my commissions, I am a Contract Designer for the company Creative Workshop, so I may have projects for this team with tight deadlines that will sometimes pause my commission queue. Occasionally this can also entail traveling to conventions or other events which take time away from my usual work schedule.Please be understanding that I may take some time to complete your work, especially if it is a more complicated piece!9. I will always notify the commissioner if there is an issue on my end that will cause my work pace to slow, or if I am unable to complete the commission for some reason.10. I often provide sketches and updates for approval, so please ALWAYS tell me if there is something that needs to be changed early on. If a commissioner asks for substantial changes past the sketch stage, this may incur extra fees.11. If you NEED your commission done by a certain date, this MUST be specified before the commission is agreed upon. Depending on the case and my current workload, this also may incur a rush fee.

SECTION III
Commission Termination & Refunds

1. If I have not yet started on your commission, and the commissioner or myself has to cancel for some reason, a full refund will be issued.2. If I have partially completed a commission, and it is terminated, I will issue a partial refund and the commissioner may receive the incomplete work.3. I will NOT refund any work that has already been completed under any circumstances.4. You MAY NOT have another artist complete an unfinished commission done by me without my permission, and if I see this happening you WILL be blacklisted.

SECTION IV
Personal & Commercial Use

1. Personal use of the artwork you have commissioned (such as using it on your social media profile, or making a print of it for yourself) IS allowed.2. You must provide credit to me whenever this is done, and must NOT remove my signature, or claim it as your own work.3. DO NOT make recolors, trace over, or republish my work with the intent to claim credit.4. Commercial use of artwork you have commissioned from me is NOT ALLOWED
In most cases, I would prefer not to allow commercial use, but if this is something you are interested in, then please contact me at [email protected] so we can discuss it.5. Commercial use is any case where you, the commissioner, is utilizing the artwork for direct monetary gain (for example: selling products like clothing, stickers, mugs, prints, etc).6. Any premade bases or line arts by myself are an exception ONLY in the case of making and selling character designs on them.7. If someone is found using my artwork for commercial purposes or any of the purposes listed below without my permission - they will be asked to remove the content, and legal action will be taken if necessary.8. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT CONDONE THE USE OF MY WORK FOR:- NFTS, Cryptocurrency, or anything relating to blockchain technology
- AI Generation programs, or the teaching of any AI programs
